![]() OS 10./SR 10., runs perfectly fine on my phone. As of now, the latest build that BlackBerry has released to the rest of the world - and to all factory unlocked phones. I just want to say that I've had some version of 10.3.1 on my Z10 running on your network since last October. I understand that you have to say what you say as policy. Please feel free to visit our update site at softwareUpdates.jsp the most up to date software releases. Rest assured that once it’s available we will send it to your phone over the air. It’s a very popular topic to be sure!Īt this time we do not have any release information for 10.3.1. Hello! Thanks for posting your questions about software updates for your phone. because that's what the carriers go by) on my own several weeks ago, I do keep up with what AT&T officially releases because I know many don't want to go outside "official" releases - and I come here to push AT&T just as hard to update for those wrote: If you check what OS AT&T is still offering for the 9800, it is still 6.0.0.600.īack to the current BB10 phones, even though I've already updated to 10. The rest of the world kept getting newer builds, and up to another year and a half later, I was up to build 756 (using the official OS offered by Vodafone, Spain). In fact, just 1 year after the 9800 came out, AT&T stopped updating the OS beyond 6.0.0.600. When I updated to the Torch 9800, again, I stayed ahead with newer builds of OS 6 than what AT&T offered. Oh, and just to relay my own story having been using a BlackBerry since 2007 - I always jumped on the newest OS I could find going back to having a Pearl 8100 running OS 4.1, then 4.5. It's the version that AT&T is still on to this day.īut, hey, they do offer 10.3.1 for the Classic and Passports. (Software Version 10.) which is one of the last 10.2.1 builds BlackBerry made before work went full bore into 10.3 and then 10.3.1. Amazingly, they actually updated again a couple of months later to 10. When 10.2.1 came out, they waited another 2 months before finally officially offering that OS. AT&T was stuck on 2074 for so long - they never even released 10.2.0 officially when it came out in early 2014. They never updated to one of the much better 4000+ builds that everyone else in the world was issuing about a month later. One of the buggiest versions with all kinds of problems. Right after I got my Z10 in July of 2013 - there was an AT&T release of 10. Sometimes they do, but most times, they don't. If history tells us anything, it's that you just can't rely on AT&T to keep up. (If you don't know what those are, Google them and then head over to the first links that go to and spend a day learning all about them - trust me, you'll be glad you did.) Technically, it won't even void your warranty (if you're still under one), because the software is made by BlackBerry - even the leaked ones you load up with Sachesi, DBBT, or using an autoloader. On the other hand, there is nothing in there preventing you from loading up any BlackBerry available OS you want. The contract is made to AT&T's advantage - in every way. You could read your contract to see if there is such a promise from AT&T.

In most schools, the person in charge of IT is a regular teacher who doesn't know much more about computers than anyone else on the staff. ![]() Understand this: even here in a wealthy country like the UK, most schools have minimal resources for IT. Presumably, because whoever is in charge of the national curriculum in India doesn't want to spend the time and money it would cost to update everything. What if the OP does have the space, yet is not running Windows 7 or later? No go, VS isn't supported on older Win versions. I very easily could have missed a lot of files/folders. An estimate of dozens of folders strewn across 2 HDs, with hundreds of files. That presumes the OP has a relatively modern laptop. The crap that does get installed on a default, first time, install is really a PITA.ġ0GB or even 20GB isn't really that much in 2019 Yes, the install can be modified later to add them, so really it is more a minor annoyance than a major "bug." But it is something those installing VS for the first time need to be aware of.Įspecially for someone on a low bandwidth or limited time internet connection who does a web-based install. The point is when doing a fresh install of a recent VS version - 2015 to 2019 - a default install doesn't select the C++ packages automatically. I only use VS for last 8 years and never encountered this issue, maybe I miss your point The school system in India seems to make it a requirement to deal with the antiquated piece of shit instead of more modern tools. Nothing WRONG, per se, with trying to install Borland C++ other than it is decades outdated. It feels great to have unix tools on windows with windows style look. I like to use combination of gcc + MSYS2 + mingw + VS code to see how my code compiles with gcc. Jonnin wrote I like Cygwin's c++ which will pull in most of the unix tools like grep along with it. Hm, I dont understand, did their government ban some IDE's or compilers just currious :) The OP is in India, so no real surprise why he is trying to install Borland C++. What should gamers say with 10 or more games installed and each takes 20GB? The rest, such as MFC is installed with "VS installer" as separate components, the only thing I dislike is that NET framework (which I call crapload, is installed without your consent).Īs for HD hungry, hm yes it is, but 10GB or even 20GB isn't really that much in 2019 when hard disk and even SSD's are pretty cheap computer components. ![]() ![]() I only use VS for last 8 years and never encountered this issue, maybe I miss your point but VS installation can be "minimal", I mean you can install only C++ related libraries and the winapi is default installed ofc. Furry Guy wrote: One "problem" with Visual Studio, is the C++ components are not installed on a default installation, they have to be added. ![]() When this happens use the original EXE to play online, else you could find yourself banned from the game! Some No-CD/Fixed EXE files work fine in Single Player mode but are detected to be modified when trying to play online.Always make a backup of the files that are overwritten by the File Archive, as the original files are usually required to update the game to a newer version or to play Online!.Test Drive Unlimited 2 (DVD9 to 2xDVD5) *Multi5*. ![]() Keep in mind that the files listed on this page do NOT circumvent the Serial Protection!Ī valid/legal Serial is still required to be able to play this game!!!
